Idaho Bureau of Homeland Security shared a link. 20 hours ago ANNOUNCEMENT: Forest Trail Closures. The Salmon-Challis National Forest has closed four wilderness trails on the North Fork Ranger District. One trail and a section of another have been closed by Payette National Forest officials. Closure signs are being posted to inform forest visitors. These closures are necessary to provide forest visitors protection from the current safety hazards associated with the Papoose Fire.
