Ideas for a Fall Sunday Dinner: Herb-crusted baked lamb chops, butter-skin roasted yams and fresh green beans. Marinate lamb chops in olive oil, minced onions and garlic, mint flakes, thyme, salt and black pepper. Bake covered at 375 for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove cover for last 5 minutes of cook time. Rinse 4 medium-sized yams in cool water, pat dry and rub yam skin with real butter. Roast at 525 for 45 minutes. Snap 1lb green beans and season with salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, diced onion, and a tablespoon of sugar. Add to sauce pan with 2 cups of water. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes.
