Identity Verification Process for Foreign Visitors Entering the Bangkok Metropolitan Area 1. Please always carry your passport during your stay in Thailand, in case an officer asks for inspection. 2. Tourist groups, with a tour guide and tour bus, are allowed to pass through the checkpoints without any worry. 3. For the airport transfer service by taxi (24 hrs. service) from/to Suvarnabhumi Airport, please use the service from the taxi with the authorised sticker by the Airport of Thailand PLC (AOT) on the windshield. The taxi with the aforementioned sticker is allowed to pass through the checkpoints. 4. For any passenger who cannot find a means of transport out of Suvarnabhumi Airport during the curfew hours (10 pm - 5 am), may use the facilities available at the CIP Lounges 1-4, located on the 3rd floor of the Passenger Terminal. Nevertheless, the shuttle bus service between Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang International Airports are operating as usual. Taxi services are available at the Platform of the Passenger Terminal on the 1st Floor, Gates 4 and 7. There is 6,000 – 7,000 airport taxis at Suvarnabhumi Airport 24 hours round-the-clock.
