Idiot report asking isnt this wrong that theres no law that protects the public here? Um..... There are all kinds of laws. Its illegal to commit robbery. Its illegal to assault and attack a police officer. Its illegal to resist arrest. Its illegal to lie to a Grand Jury. Just how many more laws do you need? He assaulted a cop. Its a crime. The cop defended himself. Its not a crime. Case closed. Had this criminal simply complied with police commands he would be alive today. Make no mistake. He was no alter boy.
