Idle question. Occasionally the cars idle just goes up and up and up... The mikuni i recently installed is set around 1500 (I havent changed it). But now and then i start it and the idle slowly rises to 2k, 3k, 4k... And onward. I can tap the throttle and it sometimes comes back down and stays down, other times it just lowers it a little bit and then starts to go back up? I recently removed all emissions and capped everything off.. Only thing I could think is clogged gas line filter? Starving the carb to make it rev high and if I didnt touch the throttle it would starve itself and die out (just my guess, Ive always tapped the throttle to try to bring it down). Any thoughts??
