If 1 or 2 Coffees/ day are good for you to keep you alert in College, Work or The Gym ( and even to increase your testosterone level- that is new to some); too many coffees could fatigue your adrenal glands and cause diabetes especially when they are taken along with sugary drinks ( coca cola, redbull etc)! As an alternative to coffee try some Ginseng!! Other ways to keep you more active and increase your thyroid production which in turn will increase metabolism and boost you up from not being as sluggish( iodine salt or sea salt, sea food, wallnuts, kale and kelp( beside the other benefits of decreasing the risk of heart attacks and stroke)!
