If HHS and its bureau CMS directed by B Hussein O cut more from physician payments in January, they will force me out of business. If this happens I have decided to sue. My specialty will have been cut close to 50% in two years. Government does not think about real people and the destruction they cause. Government should be forced to cut themselves 50%. That would mean all of their deficit spending would go to zero and taxes would be rolled back 30%. It would mean their salaries, pensions and programs would likewise be slashed. Instead of plush Cadillac service for them in D.C., the limo drivers would show up in Subarus with cloth seats. Yes I will sue and hope there is someway I can turn it into a large class action event for physicians all over the country.
