If I cant find either a good Mechanic or Office mgr that knows what they are doing and wants to get a fair wage and commission or flat rate bonuses then i am afraid im going to have to close shop at BCB 4x4. I just cant do all this work thats backing up by myself. Its literly killing my life, chance of a relationship, my physical body and my mental state. Every time I ask on FB I get referals but no one ever comes through with a resume, stops by to find out more about the job, emails for more info, or schedules a time to come by for an interview. I can offer a job and money but cant get them to show interest and initiative to come get hired. Whats wrong with the qualified people in the job pool in this world? Do they just like collecting unemployment and not working to improve our country? If someone knows of people that want to work and make money the positions that are open are Mechanic, and Office manager. You need experiance with the automotive industry. A former parts store mgr or counters would be a great start. You must be able to talk with customers and up sell product, do shipping and recieving, handle purchasing and sourcing needs of the customer. Pay is dependant but that said I want someone in the $20 to $30 range.
