If I could get everyone to say a prayer for me that would be wonderful. It may sound silly, but I cant afford to be hurt right now, there are too many horses to train this year. I learned a great lesson after church last night or this morning rather. After ringing in the new year at my church I had to take my friend home. Well, I learned that you should NEVER EVER try running across a porch with frost on it three wide while in your new pair of slick bottomed cowboy boots. All three of us girls were just playing around racing to the end of the porch before we got into trouble for being too loud and slip, crack! Down I went. I turned my ankle, my foot slipped on the frost, my leg made a terrible cracking noise and I fell off of the porch. I was trying to catch my breath from the pain, but at the same time I was giggling because it was comical if you were the one watching. I know what it feels like to turn my ankle, but something popped up the side of my leg. Its swelled, turned blue, is hot, and it hurts pretty bad. Well see how it goes, if no improvement then the doctor visit is next and Im praying that its nothing serious, maybe just a pulled muscle or tendon. I spent my whole New Years worshipping the Lord, of course I wasnt drinking like most people would be on new years, and Im the goober who bout breaks her leg and falls off of a porch lol. At least I can laugh about it. Thank you all ahead of time!
