If I get a bachelors deree in coaching Im running for Coach election At Millcreek Highschool!!! And if elected Im gonna fix that team!! Size doesnt get you Nowhere if you cant possess talent. I wanna see Millcreek go to state and win that daggum title. Grades yes they come first, but If I coach, The Very Best Player will play. Id have a meeting and tell the boys that have been on the team look, if theres guys that can prove they have State Level talent and pro eligibility their gonna play. you better step it up! Im tired of players that just make it to stay in shape, I want a players A Team! that wants to go the distance. Thats how state titles are won, and I hate that the school hasnt done a good enough job of finding boys in that school that have, That Have State ability. We had a kid, in my day, Freddy, dear friend of mine, that mopped up the floor with guys on the team in tryouts, but He never got the chance to play all because the coaches didnt want him. Why coach??? Dont want state titles? and they wander why we make so many mistakes, I wander if they like that. I know I dont, I would not ever have a player that doesnt reach up to his potential. that just wants to look good cuz hes on the team and staying in shape. The Very Best. would play. Id make sure the community, and the teams we played, would remember FOREVER!!.. The Day they played the Hawks. And I would do everything in my power to get my boys into college. Wanting to go pro.
