If I had the power to, Id create shields all over the world, and no one would be able to pass through them if they have violent intent toward the people within, nor would any weapon of any kind be able to penetrate them. A plane or something, if it had someone with evil intent on board, would be simply frozen in place, without harm to the people inside, until such time as the people with evil intent are ejected, then the plane can continue on its route. Wars would simply become impossible. Oh, sure, someone already inside a shield could hurt or even kill someone, but then you can find them and kick them out. I think each shield would have to be sized and placed depending on the region, the politics, and the wars. Like, Id put one right around Gaza, And Israel, no more boom booms!!
