If I have a legitimate complaint geared towards how poorly I found staff members of this group to behave in a thread, to whom should I direct this to? I dont want to create a thread to put people on blast, but if Anime North has people calling themselves staff members and telling people to stop complaining and just do better (to paraphrase), then Id like to know why they think its okay to have volunteers who dont have proper social (media) etiquette. No, Seriously, who should I PM with the screencaps? Legit complaints/issues should not simply be brushed off as angry con-goers... its the con-goers that make the con! without us, youve nothing, so it only makes sense to listen to us not tell us to hush...
