If I have learned anything these past two weeks its that we all (including me) worry and focus on such trivial things - the scene, looks, popularity, selfies, the best car, the newest clothes, (fill in blank) - none of it matters at the end of the day, it just doesnt. Ive decided to only focus my energy on things that do matter - helping people, spreading love, health and fitness, family and friends - no, I cant escape the stress of life but I can certainly remove myself from the stress of things that dont matter and those that care about such trivial things...
