If I may give you all an illustration that can most adequately get my point across, I would appreciate it. In dealing with relationships, whether here on FB or in real life, it is paramount that we not seek to build anything on a foundation that has a history of being unstable or cracked. We must properly assess and proceed from there upwards as well as outwards. Just as a Contractor/Architect totally guts out a building that they are seeking to rehab, the same should be done to the rebuilding, restoring and the reconciling of relationships as well as the formation of new ones. When things go bad, it is easy to point fingers back and forth, try to over talk others and lastly throw those little intentional darts aimed to injure; all the while saying that it is in love and or whatever. Yanno we can lie to one another ALL day long and pretend that we cannot see nor relate to what is actually going on. We can feel that we have some superior right to usurp our self over that of another just bc of a position, entitlement, ownership or whatever but that is not the most appropriate thing to do. We do not have the depth of vision that the Lord does. We can indeed discern true and intimate matters of ones heart but it is God that can really get to the ROOT! Life is so short and to spend it going round and round the Hamster Wheel of despair, disappointment and or delusion is insane. Honestly to expect to keep dressing up matters that really need to be confronted is futile and a waste of time that could be spent in reparation. We all matter to God. We all have a part to play. Just bc one may be an ear and the other a pinky toe, that does not mean that the ear is any more important. I am telling you all that pride and those haughty looks, jealousy, envy, bitterness, unresolved issues are the main cause of so much DIS-CONNECT and DIS-EASE w/i our Communities. IDK about anyone else but in this season and the ones to come, I am PRO-COMMUNITY. I am asking the Lord to give me the strength to be able to make a positive impact on all the lives that I come in contact with, for this is so much greater than any one of us. In closing, I pray that we all can get in that place as we are all like minded and if we are not, the ones that are will be so contagious that His Love and His Light will shine automatically.
