If I may, take it for what it’s worth. I am currently an investigator. I have been an investigator for approximately seven years. When I was in the Army, I was attached to the Military Police. I hold a degree in Criminal justice and I am currently a student of a very long process and long road to becoming an attorney. Some days, I ask myself why…. Anyway! In any investigation, there are always going to be details that will not get released. I’ve seen in crime scenes, that later ended up in the news, the news may say “Joe Blow was found dead inside of his residence. Police are investigating. A single gunshot wound to the head.” They will leave out affairs, that the subject owed money to a mob, how the body was found (They said it was found, but not how, or the fact that the subject was in a bathtub for example) because it leaves room for identifying what’s fact and what’s not later on when an individual claims to know something about a case. An individual comes forward and says “Joe Blow was shot by Mary Ann, in the bathtub,” the police will know that the story must be legit because how would he/she know he was in a bathtub if that wasn’t released to the media? Now we have a new focus to our investigation. Find Mary Ann. The point is, I’ve seen a lot of people arguing about theories. It’s ok to wonder and have questions. However, I assure you, everything that you’re wondering and questioning- has already come up. Their job, (Michigan State Police) is to investigate the disappearance. OF COURSE- all these theories that everyone raise have been considered or still being considered. To the question of “why are the police not doing anything?” They are. They always are. It’s always behind the scenes and it’s never discussed. When I worked with the military police in California, things happened all the time. “The MP’s aren’t doing anything.” We just can’t talk about it. Some departments, (at least ours did) actually had a policy that basically said “keep your mouth shut.” I found a dead body stuffed in a car with a trash bag over her head, back in October in Redford, MI. I’m the guy who found the body! I can’t even access the report. It’s an ongoing investigation that the county took over. All I can do is wait. It doesn’t matter who you are. So what’s next? Regardless of theories, he said she said, he is missing. Bottom line. Doesn’t matter if the theories are true or not. Every night, this man isn’t home. He is unaccounted for. Stay focused on the mission at hand. The mission, “Find and bring Ken home, now.” Period. On another note- is anyone familiar with the Kyle Fleishmann case? He as well is missing. And the case is extremely similar to this one. Strange…
