If I re-sign my lease for 12 months, I can get locked into a rate of $1200/month on my 1 bedroom Fremont apartment. Its a nice apartment and I love the neighborhood, and I really dont want to deal with the hassle of moving. I HATE the constant traffic noise though, theres never a quiet moment here, constant whoosh of cars and busses on Fremont Ave. Recording music can never happen here and that frustrates me. I need a big basement apartment not on a busy street or something, one that is still nice. Finding something like that sounds extremely difficult though. Sigh.
