If I see another post in my feed from some crap product youre pushing whether its a body wrap, magic shake, pill, or weight loss supplement Im going to scream. Lol Stop with the nonsense and on top of that if youre pushing a product at least look the part itd be more believable and get you more sales. Finally all you need is a solid nutrition plan, what to lose fat then eat! Want to gain weight then eat! Eat according to your goal and train according to your goal. Add supplements as needed to an existing foundation. PS Body wraps are a scam and only cause you to lose water weight thats not actually fat loss.
