If I told you that the square of the hypotenuse is equal to the sum of the squares of the other two sides of a right triangle, there is only one way in which you can interpret this. You can perform the math and empirically prove it to be true. Since there are countless variations of Christian theology, all interpreting the text in their own right way, there must be some major problems with the source material. You cant blame human fallibility because the Pythagorean theorem can only be interpreted one way. The problem lies in the nebulous, incongruous, fictional stories of the Bible.
