If I was President for one year, I would ... 1. Close parliament for the whole year, 2. Have a strategy session in 9 provinces for 2weeks, 3. Offer all international and domestic academics and intellectuals free house, tax free income for that year provided they take SA citizenship, quota applies 4. Ask all opposition parties to have legislative offices in all municipalities, state funded (lowest cost model applies) 5. Subsidize all homelands communities with Agric related activities loans, no risk assesment 6. Increase the Defense force, and expand its mission 7. Subsidize all registered workers in all sectors with 80% bond application on their first property 8. Qualify all scholars with 3 annual school free trips to any destination within the borders, 9. Reinstate Roben Island as a prison not a national monument 10. Nationalize all mines, 11. Have a state bank, ALL PUBLIC SERVANTS including me as a president, government departments and public companies moneys and bonds all in that bank. ...what would you do?
