If I was a strategic Facebook poster then I would attempt to spread content in such a manner where any individual caught in my web of influence would benefit. Ideally, they would see the value in the price of their attention. Over time they may discover new concepts and become inflicted with a state of curious confusion. Curious confusion is the ultimate state for accelerated learning. Ideally, the content I post would demonstrate an understanding of and compassion for their individual worldview. Through understanding I would establish trust, and concepts I introduce would not be so easily dismissed or rejected. I understand that true influence comes from pacing before leading. When a person doesnt understand then I take full responsibility for my communication. No blame. Im always learning. My goal is not to win people over but to transform followers into leaders.
