If I were Frontier Communications I would most definitely follow through with making Martin Construction pay for the damages they have caused to their lines, boxes etc. I can see a 1 time mistake of cutting lines and such but since construction began a few months ago on the new road for the medical center, sidewalks and now lighting they have cut the power lines twice, cable lines once and our phone lines 3 times!! The technician told us yesterday that they have either completely cut or damaged all of their lines on that road affecting so many customers in our area.
