If I were the President oe Health Minister, having decleared Emergency on Ebola epidemic, this would have been a follow up; 1. 24-48 hour restriction of movement to ensure people stay at home and monitor their health needs and then report all suspicious symptoms to the appropraite authorities. 2. Postpond Osun poll by the same hours or at most a week to prevent unknown person-to-person contact. 3. Train and dispatch emergency health personel to various states, Local governments and localities. 4. Complement this with the establishment of dieases control and management Emergency centres to handle this emergency situation. 5. Mobilize MEMA appropraitely.
