If I were the Supreme Court I would throw this out for one reason. Hobby Lobby does not have to provide health care legally. They can supplement their employees and dump them into the exchanges. The policies are Cadillac health care policies and by dumping their employees into the exchanges, they would become more profitable and have a fixed cost for health care. They are not required to supply health care to their employees. Period!
