If Islam prohibit it, why should we tolerate with cigarette and smoking? Anyway, smokers at that time when they light up that cigarette, they do not fulfil all three responsibilities as a Khalifah; they dont make themselves good because they harm their own self, they dont help other people to be good because the smoke from their cigarette would get into other peoples body system and harm it, and they dont make the physical world good because the smoke released into the air is poisonous. We might say that it is a small amount but still, it contributes to air pollution. As I see it, originally Allah made this world with fresh air so we have the right to breathe in fresh air.
