If Kojo, a sad-eyed pug with bowed legs can’t melt your heart, - TopicsExpress

If Kojo, a sad-eyed pug with bowed legs can’t melt your heart, you might want to make sure you aren’t the tin man and you actually have one. The structure of a dog’s body has a lot to do with its general, overall health. Bad bone structure often causes pain and other health problems. Kojo (formerly Umbrella of Hopes rescue Drogo) has bowed back legs and floating kneecaps (luxating patellas) which have already caused him to have arthritis in his knees. Kojo needs costly, specialized surgery to correctly attach his kneecaps, straighten his legs, and remove the arthritis to improve his quality of life. The operation is sadly very pricy (roughly $5100) and we just cannot get there alone. It makes us so sad to see this little one wobbling around, when we know there is something that can be done to take his pain away and get his legs straightened out. Anything you can give to help us make that happen is appreciated and I speak for Kojo when I say, Bark bark, sniff sniff sniff, licky-kiss, head tilt, paw-shake, please give me your food, sniff bark I love you. Thank you all for even reading, and please send this to anyone you know who knows what its like to be loved by a furry someone no matter how bad they are feeling
