If Lebron doesnt go to Cleveland because of the childish, boorish,mean spirited open letter to the fans from owner Dan Gilbert in the wake of Lebrons decision to take his talents to South Beach, I wouldnt blame Lebron in the least.No matter how poorly the Decision played in the publics eyes (and it bothered me too), it WAS Lebrons right to play wherever he wanted . Gilbert made the whole affair even uglier. Oh, and one more thing. Im getting pretty sick of the whole breathless wait on these players free agency signings. Its a made for media event, and again, even if Lebron and Carmelo and the others offer no comments and do nothing wrong, to fawn over these people as they mull over hundred million dollar offers is pretty disgusting.
