If Mr. Snowden wants to come back to the United States today, well have him on a flight today. Wed be delighted for him to come back. He should come back. Thats what a patriot would do. A patriot would not run away and look for refuge in Russia or Cuba or some other country. A patriot would stand up in the United States and make his case to the American people. He can come home but he’s a fugitive from justice which is why he is not being permitted to fly around the world. The fact is if he cares so much about America and he believes in America, he should trust in the American system of justice. -Sec. of State John Kerry Kerry added that Snowden is guilty of “stealing information and he did great damage to the United States. It should be added that the damage done to the United States that has come from the decision to start wars in Iraq and Afhganistan, the drone strikes, and the corruption of Congress by special interest groups has yet to land a single person in jail, while the decision to be a whistleblower concerning events that government agencies have openly lied about has landed several people in prison under the two administrations. -Jordan
