If New Years Eve is your thing, then I hope you have a fabulous time. (For me, New Year is Sept. 1, the day after my birthday. :) ) I myself had a fabulous time this afternoon, visiting a little purebred Canadian horse, Aurora Meritorious Pegasus (nickname = Orion), who turns out to be located just over an hour from me! The same size & colour as my former Canadian horse, Beau (15 hands) with a similarly pretty head and cute little ears. It was way too cold -- so cold my camera stopped working after 3 photos! -- and with no indoor arena, the ground was too hard and bumpy to try him out properly (hes for sale! hes quiet & sensible! Hes 10, not a goofy young un! I have no business thinking about owning a horse again! Shoot me now! :D), though I did get on him for a few minutes. His trot could be smoother, and hes rather green re training since he was only started under saddle a few months ago -- long story. But OMG is he ever sweet & adorable! :)
