If Nigeria willingly gave GEJ a chance at presidency, thats good. - TopicsExpress

If Nigeria willingly gave GEJ a chance at presidency, thats good. But after six years we have come decide what happens. There are many controversies about GMB, he has many floss in fact his atrocities as military head of state are so much. He has made so many controversal statements. But after six years of GEJ administration I dont think this should matter. Why? We may have every reason to fear what GMB might do or undo but its a better risk considering what we may willingly vote for continuity. At present its the northeast that is under threat and the rest of Nigeria feel ok. But for how long do you feel you are going to be safe? Nigeria has lost its landmass, its people and all this seems nothing maybe because you are yet free. But for how long. For six years I believe every known tactics to GEJ has been tried from the operation restore order, to LGAs state of emergency to three states state of emergency. Now as we can see there is nothing,no strategy all failed. This consecutive failures has given BH more leverage, that they roam and attack even state capitals. What I want to say is better calculate the cost of continuity because as we speak your neighbours house is on fire, how long do you think will it reach your house? When we say change, we are not saying GMB is a saint. But he and his vice have something in common, they have been opposing the PDP government since 1999. So when we vote them we are assured that we did not remove PDP and replace it with PDP. So when we say the two fit the change we mean it.we cant run away from the fact they are sorrounded by former PDP members but at least they have no ties directly to PDP.
