If Pennsylvania had Open Primaries where any registered voter - TopicsExpress

If Pennsylvania had Open Primaries where any registered voter could vote for their candidate of choice and any person could run for Public Office by completing the same Nomination Requirements that Democratic and Republican Candidates completed, would the names on tomorrows Election Ballots be the same? No they wouldnt!!! Why do Pennsylvanians allow their State-Law-Makers in Harrisburg to unconstitutionally deny Third-Party Electors and Candidates their right to vote and run for Public Office in Pennsylvanias Primary Elections? By denying Third-Part Electors the right to participate in choosing the candidates who will be on the ballot in their General Elections, Pennsylvania is fraudulently rigging the pool of candidates that will appear on the ballots on Election Day. So, our local and statewide Elections (Primary and General) are illegal under our U. S. Constitution and under Pennsylvanias first Constitution. How can our State of Pennsylvania, the home of our Nations first National Capital and the place where our Declaration of Independence and our U. S. Constitution was written and signed, have the most exclusive, radical Election Laws and Regulations in the United States of America? I hope the Democratic and Republican Candidates who will be victorious tomorrow, realize they won because of our States unfair, exclusive Election Laws, Regulations and Nomination Requirements bestowed on Third-Party Electors and Candidates. Its great that we live in a State that practices It doesnt matter how you won, as long as you win!!! It doesnt matter how you won, as long as you win should be the next motto on our Pennsylvania License Plate.
