If Republicans acted like Democrats (by which I mean they put their party before their country), they would refuse to negotiate on Obamacare in any capacity and demagogue the Democrats to death. You wanted this mess. We tried to warn you. You said this is in the best interest of the American people, and come Hell or high water the American people are going to find out what you promised them until the next election! Fortunately, our side doesnt play like that. We will let them off the hook, and they will find a way to blame the entire catastrophe on the Republicans, George W. Bush, and racism. Mark my words... its coming. Theyll win elections because the people that are supposed to be harmed by the legislation will be given a break by the DEMOCRATS now instead of from the Republicans. Republicans are good thinkers, but the party is terrible at public relations. This should be the death knell of the Democrat party, and I am predicting now that not only will they continue to win elections, they will do so in surprisingly large numbers.
