If This Dont Tear at Your Heart.. You Dont Have One! I know exactly what this boy feels to an extent. My two youngest children Baylee and Chase or taken from their mother for no Legal Reason. We never had one favourable report from case worker at Catholic social services until we got a new case worker by that time it was already too late then made your decision that my baby mama and myself were unfit as parents even though we didnt do anything wrong to them. After 18 months of being treated like garbage, ridiculed and seen our kids for one hour twice a week ,baby momma couldnt do it anymore. She live in Saginaw and had to make that journey Twice a week or it was a mark against her and it the winter time sometimes she didnt make it and it was always a report against her and she gave up. No matter what we did we were wrong. So youre asking yourself right now, yeah right sure they didnt do anything wrong. Well this is what we did wrong to have the children taken from us initially. Baby Mama had her 4 children ages 7 and Under At her home plus my then 14 1/2yrs old Daughter Brandie Char-lee Workman and One day A Police Officer Came on a Warrant Sweep and Took Baby Mama to Jail in St.Louis MI. About and hour and 15 mins away. My Daughter Brandi Took Care of All the Kids for 3 Days with Me, My Mom and Other Friends and Family Members Stopping in and Visiting and Bringing Food and Diapers and Making Sure They were all doing good. After working Id Go and sleep in the Chair for a few hours then go to work at my Day Job I had then. On the 3rd Day with Baby Mama LITERALLY ON HER WAY HOME FROM St. LOUIS cps came by on a follow up visit from a home check. When they asked for her my daughter said she didnt know where she was (not wanted to tell them she was in jail) eventually she did and they took all the children including my 7yrs old Daughter Baylee and my 5Yrs old son Chase and my 14 and a half year old daughter Brandi and Baby Mamas 2 youngest daughters all into custody and took them to the DHS building. They contacted me and told me I needed to come down there right now. They gave me back Brandi but they kept the other children and we never got them back. In the State of Michigan there is no legal age or Amount of time for a Babysitter to Babysit. Even though the house which was very clean not dirty and all the kids were clean bathed and had clean clothes on and they had food in the refrigerator for them! There was absolutely no legal reason to take those children out of that house and put them into the state for the state to spend money on them and for somebody other than one of us to take care. The only physical thing they could say to try to keep us from getting our kids were the fact that their teeth were not taken care of very well,They said. The fact is they had still had their baby teeth and some were rotten from bottle rot. Which is from giving them Kool Aid or pop or milk when they go to bed and decayed their teeth. Which is what their grandmother did prior to her passing away when she used to take care of them. Not child abuse! Just a grandma giving the kids Pop and Kool Aid and Stuff. Granted Not Wise but Definitely Not Child Abuse or Child Endangerment or Child Neglect in Anyway! They even had a dentist do a call in court hearing testimony! Not even show up to look at but call in and give testimony where This Dentist gave testimony how we neglected our kids thats why they have bad Teeth. When I explained how their teeth got bad she said this was a form of abuse giving them pop and things then I proceeded to tell them that some in my family also lose all their teeth by the time theyre 50 because we have bad teeth in our family History. The Dentist Actually said teeth are not genetically capable of been bad because your parents have bad teeth. WHAT!! ARE U KIDDING ME!! Everything we have inside each of us came from our family! Its called Genetics!! My sister sounds just like her mother! My friend brock and his daughter have the exact same teeth and his son in their mouth. The same shape size and color exactly thats why they look so much alike. Everytime you go to a doctor you gotta write down what runs in your family because of Genetics! If cancer runs in your family its possible for you to get cancer! It puts you at a higher risk! Basically just lied regular testimony and nobody ever said anything about it. Along with all the other lies and along with all the unfavorable Reports we got your visits that were monitored at Catholic social services. Every 10 minutes or 5 minutes they were yelling at my son or one of us because he playing too loud or being on the couch or throwing a toy. He was 5 years old stuck in a room for an hour thats what they do!! Anyway the lady hated my son for some reason. She just didnt like him. Which made her not like us switch made her not give us one favourable report the whole time. She even got in a very small amount of trouble because it wasnt possible only her reports were bad because when we got a different person that why is this hers were always good but nothing really happened she just got asked why and removed from watching us so another lady did and we always got favorable ones after that but the damage was done. After baby momma missed a couple visits due to weather they basically told her if she missed one more that she would lose all her parental rights and Im the third time due to a snow storm she messed and they did just what they said. The worst part of the whole thing and the only part that was bad was when I stepped up to try to take the kids because she gave up and they were taking them away was when they gave me a surprise drug screen I dropped dirty. Its been very hard to live with that but they were never in my care at that time alone. They were never in harms way. I was sometimes because of my Addictions I never had them. I spent more time with them and seeing them twice a week for 18 months then I did their whole lives because their mother lived so far away and we didnt really get along. And if she knew I had been using using again she wouldnt let me see them. She was a good mom like that!! So Now here we are 5Yrs later. My Daughter Baylee is now 12 My Son Chase is now 9.. And we have not seen them at all. Not even pictures of them. And theyve been adopted and theyre gone and theres nothing we can do! They never offered me help or counseling NOTHING! So if You See Pictures of Some Boy and Girl on my page and you wonder who they are.. Theyre my kids and I Miss Them BOTH ALOT! They were stolen from US and given away by the State of Michigan to another family and I pray everyday that nothing like this video you just watched is happening to them right now because my Baby Mama might not have been the took care of them the best mom in the world but she was THEIR MOM and she did just fine.
