Bullies who have a permissive/semi-permissive school environment out there beware, huh?!! or read-it n weep... unfortunately, dont think for a minute this harassments not happening Everywhere in many schools, very hard to watch...stopped going to school functions it was so out of hand! If you Google Finland Schools U will see The people, STAFF in Finland schools HANDLE bullying IMMEDIATELY!! HERE in the U.S. ??... uuuh some do, but NOT SO GOOD! been a kid who had a parent at the top of the school and, believe me, It all starts and stops are the top the particular school! Personally...For example and this could make ya cry, this past year at a large venue at a choir function at a hockey game...ok?? U (the parent at the function) buy a frkn $9 chickn meal out of your hard earned social security check lol for th kid and few minutes later from 30 rows up U watch a girl-bully choir member not only kick it off the seat onto the concrete floor, 30 rows down, you watch the bully kick, AGAIN, what food your kids saved from the first kick ...not funny...check THIS out...all this happening WHILE YOURE TALKING WITH THE CHOIR TEACHER AND HER HUSBAND 30 ROWS UP (WHO BY TH WAY SAW NOTHING)...lol...(NOT fn funny) and THIS is CHOIR for CHRISTS sake!! also happens in th lunchroom, VS (here was another unnerving personal observation while the staff sat and stood clueless!!!!... yup, no mor of THIS VS for YEARS for th kid), school bus ... really way, way too much to bear...we can talk now th kids no longer having to attend this particular school... well see how the new middle school is and the Catch22 is not being able to say squat!. When U hv to stop going to school functions completely... mentioning it only brought retaliation from U can guess WHO & clique at school on th kid. Whats even mor unfortunate is this steel rampage cage on wheels better known as a school bus is an, at times, out of control environment where th good ole drivers (95% are great drivers and of whom are Not even close to being qualified to handle or even monitor bullying (WHILE DRIVING?!!... dont THINK SO!!) (it is what it is)...are thrust into these situations where kids CAN rule! Another sad FACT is even working parents who arent retired and arent fortunate enough to hv HAD more time on their hands to spend Mor time at their kids school cannot and dont get-it first hand. There are many well-meaning, but just quite possibly mor of those employees who need mor bullying training and also those who are knowledgeable to and DO thwart these situations... when U inadvertently find a note in your kids stuff which reads, Mission 1, Get Home Schooled, ...utopia?? one feels powerless to do mor ...and maybe, maybe not, but most probably the majority if not ALL there at school NEED to be.
