If a Woman is kidnapped, held hostage, beaten, raped and left for Dead, then goes public with this ordeal. People will applaud her for being Courageous If the same woman takes the stand and faces the perpetrator of these crimes No one Condemns here as a Hateful person. If she takes it further and starts an Organization to help others who were Victimized in the same way, she will be Heralded as a Heroine. Black People as a Whole were kidnapped, held hostage, beaten, raped and Mentally and Spiritually left for Dead but if I speak publicly about Our ordeal people will call Me not Courageous but Racist. If we Charge Our perpetrators with their Crimes before the Supreme Court Somehow We are the Hatemongers. If we start Organizations that help Our People who are Victimized by these Perpetrators. We are Not Heralded as Heros and Heroines but Vilified as Criminals. We are falsely accused an imprisoned. Even Assassinated!!You ever Hear of Police Raiding the Headquarters of the NCADV(National Coalition Against Domestic Violence) or a Battered Womens Shelter? How could their be such a Vastly Different Reaction if We live in a Free Country?
