If a group of 25+ white teens ran out of a restaurant and beat up 3 black people while leaving other white people untouched, would it be a hate crime? Racism is one of the issues I try to avoid at all costs because I am not racist and I dont understand it. That doesnt mean it doesnt exist so I normally wont touch this topic with a ten foot pole, but having experienced racism directed at me in the past it makes me wonder... If a group of white people fan mobbed a small group of black people, how quickly would it be a humongous race issue? How many news stations would be covering it around the clock? Jessie Jackson would be on scene... I just dont understand how this is not being investigated at the very least as a potential hate crime. I am so disgusted by the world we live in. How do we fix this and teach future generations that whats on the outside doesnt matter? Racism is a LEARNED BEHAVIOR. THIS MESSAGE IS TO EVERY PERSON OF EVERY COLOR. Dont teach your children this shit. Dont advocate it in your home, if you have been a victim of racism in the past dont perpetuate the problem by turning racist towards a group of people.
