If a mate decides to leave, theres really nothing you can do about it......rather than cry, curse or plot revenge, but just let them go......its not easy I know that, but you must not lose your mind or your dignity over someone that does not want you.. You must not lose your self worth by doing crazy things such as threatening suicide or revenge....if you die, they will live after you, they will go on to build a new family and raise babies and be happy. Dont ever break down in front of them.....it only makes you look pitiful, and if they take you back, it will be out of pity....which will eventually lead to resentment....... If you must cry and curse, do it in private....cry all you want, but dont let depression set in, dont isolate yourself from friends and family..... Dont let your self go, fix yourself up and step into the world, see the beauty of Gods works....... Dont jump right away into a new relationship.....it will just be a rebound.....you need to heal, give your heart enough time to repair itself, but dont take too much time......life must continue.... Never ever give another human being power over your happiness, because they dont own it....your happiness is in you, you may feel hurt, but you own happiness.... Its not easy, but you can and must move on....
