If a person, company, country, whoever has debts to pay to prevent that being or population from being enslaved in its policies and alliance to another country, reevaluate what you have available to you at no cost. re-evaluate what the people like, it doesnt take a genius- grow it, and sell it to the people at fair cheap cost, and use that funds to pay the debts. USE what you have. But rather than sitting down and talking about LACK and talking about LACK and talking about LACK and then setting up an unbalanced way of creating a strata of ROBBING one sector to FAVOR another and then making it uneasy to implement any kind of goals. Keep it simple, EVOLVE. Readjust. And SUCCEED.
