If a person is too young to carry a gun for self defense, they are too young to be out in public alone. If a person is too young to be out in public alone, I think it is generally acceptable to capture them and return them to their guardians. Making it illegal for a sixteen year old girl to carry pistol for self defense is a serious offense against the people of the state of Arkansas. The law needs to be changed so that the most vulnerable among us can defend themselves in a reasonable manner when they are out in public alone. Self defense is recognized as an inalienable right in the Arkansas Constitution. Article 2 section 2.
