If a person sneezes and forgets to praise Allah Taala he should be reminded to do so, for sneezing is a blessing from Allah Taala . It was pointed out by the Prophet peace and blessings upon him that the sneeze is a sign of good health, and some scientists have proposed that it is the body’s way of preventing certain foreign particles from entering the lungs. Hence, Allah Taala should be thanked for this simple but important blessing. Also when you sneeze, your heartbeat stops for a millisecond. By saying Alhamdulillah, you thank Allah Taala for giving you back your life Ameen Alhamdulillah Salaam
