If a press photographer is close enough to point a camera at a dangerous anti aircraft device - busy firing - in a major city where a strategic and diplomatic and humanitarian truce is in the process of being negotiated after long term conflict and obvious lack of resolution with civilians compromised, the press photographer ought rather to neutralise the weapon instead of happy snapping. Perhaps he did so afterwards.
