If all the shelters right now, went completely no-kill ... who will care for all the animals in the shelters? Who will pay for their vet care? Will they have a full, loved, enriched life as they are housed for years while they wait for the perfect home? Before you bash a killing shelter, ask yourself, what have YOU done to stop the killing madness? Before you post one more comment against a shelter, have you stepped foot in YOUR own local shelter to help? Dont like the killing? No shelter worker walks in the door in the morning and says, oh yay! I get to murder some animals today! Dont like it, then get out off the keyboard and into your community to spay/neuter. Reach out to those that may need a ride to a clinic or needs help finding low cost resources. Then go volunteer at your local shelter. Before you condemn, think it through and walk in someone elses shoes.
