We can talk things out like grown ups. Im not afraid to tell you if I have a problem with you. You shouldnt be afraid to say things to me. We can talk about it without the managers being involved. That said, Im sorry for skipping things. Ive been trying to do things better, so long as I dont walk in and theres stuff thats not my job that I have to do. I will continue to try my hardest and expect the same out of everyone there. We can make this an easy and less stressful job if we all work together, instead of against each other.
