If any of my facebook friends happen to be technologically savy enough to help me with an iPhone - iTunes problem and could lend a hand it would be greatly appreciated. Here is the problem. So I have been trying to back up my iPhone to the icloud (I have 190GB available storage on icloud) however I am unable to. My goal is to update to the new iOS 8 but need to free up some memory. I have deleted apps and photos, and tried to sync to iTunes but it wont. I keep getting the error that says The iPhone could not be synced because this computer is no longer authorized for purchased items that are on this iPhone. To authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes store, choose Store>Authorize This computer I do exactly that and it says this computer is already authorized. Stuck and dont know how to fix it.
