I joined lots of un happy customers today and one of their locations to find that they are experiencing technical difficulties and that their system was down (coincidently the SAME day that my bill was automatically paid) therefor unfortunately my phone has been accidently disconnected. What a pity! The line was so long and we needed to get to a birthday party and I have called and their lines are all tied up with people calling their customer service line as well. Really wish that they would resolve this because well they already have my money. Just message me if you need me.
