If any young musician asks you what being in the pocket means, please play THIS song for them, and tell them to study it. Not only are the bass & drums in the pocket, but also the vocals, guitar and keys - in this example, provided by Ian Mac McLagan - are in the pocket, too. In fact, TWO different pockets!! Right, Kevin Farrell? This is one of my Top 10 Desert Island songs....and I still cant believe Mac is gone. In this version, the Fender Rhodes (or it is a Wurlitzer - George Rossi/ John Freund?) is thankfully UP in the mix, and lots of visuals of Mac in action. Feeling Glad & Sorry and....
