If anybody knows this childs mom or dad, please tell them he is a fast runner. I asked him to give me his cigarette, he ran, I looked like an idiot and chased. My child is around the same age, I would expect you to do the same if you caught her smoking. I will report you to Facebook if you make one racist or derogative remark. I am not interested in your superior privileged opinion about children, I dont think he is a street child but a child needing our love and guidance. I am only trying to find a brother, sister, uncle or aunt who can catch him :) and speak to him. Once we find someone who knows him, I will remove this post.
