If anyone can fill me in on the scoop regarding this person, this is probably the place. For the last 25 years Ive seen Jimmy riding around Corning on his bike or walking. He often appears in stores and restaurants and other places where I am and shakes hands and hugs the ladies. Im just curious to know does he have family? Does he have someone who takes care of him? Is there anything that he needs-especially at Christmas time? I did not take a picture of him from the front as I did not want to invade his privacy, but Im sure many of you know him and of his circumstances. And as I said Im just curious, hes been out and about almost every day ever since I moved to Corning.
