If anyone gets a call from Allied Interstate Collections, BEWARE!!!!! This Company has SEVERAL lawsuits against them, and they are in the MILLIONS. IF whoever calls you will give you the creditor, CALL THE CREDITOR and see IF you in fact have this debt. Another thing I would suggest is get in touch with the Attorney General Office in your area, and file a formal complaint against this Company. The number they have been calling me from is physically in India. They are trying to say I owe a debt, that has been paid, and the address they have IS NOT the one the creditor has. The supervisor I talked to at the original creditor even told me she does not see why they are even calling me. Allied would not even let me give them my current address for them to mail me anything about this so called account. Every time I tried they got real pissy and would hang up. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!
