If anyone is considering using Green and Gold solar in 7/8 Kabi Circuit Deception Bay BE WARNED, after signing with them waited 6 months for the job to be done, when the company eventually fitted our panels 7 months ago they forgot to submit the final paperwork to Ergon so we have had no saving what so ever, Ergon came our this week to finalize connection and told us we had lost over $1300 with solar generation recorded at our business, then he tells us the company had lodged another form incorrectly for our power meter so had brought out the wrong one to install so now have to wait while ergon tracks down another, plus left loose bolts on panels, roofing screws all over roof which we took pictures of and complained to no avail, dents all over roof as they didnt bother to walk on the studs, when we asked politely if they could be more cautious they came back the next day with a letter for us to sign? it turned out to be a waver to liability if the roof leaked when they had finished installing, obviously we refused.! I cant explain how frustrating it is to ring and be told its not their fault, its the electricians or Ergon lost the form or to chase compensation from the contractors THEY hired to do the job..!!!!!
