If anyone is looking for a job..FYI I was talking to my supervisor about some things we implemented in our fleet. We are having a retention problem not just with our drivers but also in the warehouse. It seems gen-x and millennials have a job perspective of working only 8-4 or 9-5 and no more than 35 hours a week. At this moment there is a truck driver shortage of 100-K, in the U.S. by 2020 it will be 250-K drivers short. Just two alone companies in the Salt Lake Valley have dead lined 450 trucks. They have the loads but no drivers! Not that this has anything to do with our Awful Situation, other than we have no workers, the welfare state pays well.
